This will be my daily diary of my failure and success to achieve my desired weight. I decided to document my weight loss to see my progress. Traditional apps from mobile just don't suites my style.
My current weight is 85 kg. Standing 1.66cm (5'6").

7:30 Woke up
8:00 Biking from Lucban- Nawawalang Paraiso- Lucban
9:30 Breakfast
- Coffee- 2 table spoon
- Milk - 3 table Spoon
12:00nn Lunch
- 1 cup of rice
- Lechon
- Lemon juice - 3 glass
Snacks:
- Fishball
- Pansit Lucban
- 1/4 cup of rice
Dinner:
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 star hotdog (jumbo)
As much as possible i do not want to change my way of life because of my family. I have 2 beautiful kids. 2 girls.
I left my job in Singapore to rest and do the things i wanted. Be free from all the frustration and deadlines and pressure from work.
Life is too short to spend working for other people.
I have invested my savings to Stock Market. I am thinking to document that as well... So far I already got more than 100% of my portfolio.. Still learning..
